Entry Level Manufacturing Assembly Operations Jobs require candidates to operate production machines, ensure the manufacturing lines have enough product to continue running, complete job quality and production reporting, and ensure quality control requirements. Responsibilities for Entry Level Manufacturing Assembly Operations jobs include:

Produce sub-assemblies for production lines including, LEF's, UEF's, and Enclosures.

Connect overloads, switches and fiber shields to LEF's.

Connect wires from switch and overload to stator and join LEF sub-assembly to stator.

Assemble the rotor/UEF sub-assembly with required parts and send to assembly line.

Insert rotor/UEF sub-assembly into stator and send to next operation (Legacy production lines only).

Place body and "thru-bolts" on the UEF /stator sub-assembly (Legacy production lines only).

Load conveyors, stock parts, and handle material as required.

Segregate non-conforming materials according to work instructions.

Candidates should meet the following qualifications to be considered for Entry Level Manufacturing Assembly Operations jobs:

High School Diploma or GED

Ability to read and understand work instructions, Bill of Material, Operator Inspection Cycles, and other job-related material

Able to perform basic mathematical calculations with whole numbers and decimals

Able to communicate effectively with supervisor and other employees

Must be able to lift objects up to 50 lbs.

Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions

We have openings on multiple shifts! Retention bonus after 90 days--$350 for first shift, $500 for second and third shift!
