Client Details

My client is a well known GC with over 60 years of proven construction experience in the Greater Appleton, Fond Du Lac market. This company focuses on cutting edge projects in the multi-family, healthcare,retail and hospitality markets. They are looking for someone who will fit in with their forward thinking culture and that can fast track into a project manager very quickly.

Description

• Manage administrative construction duties, including document control
• Prepare submittal schedules for approval and distribution
• Assist the Project Manager with change orders, subcontractor scheduling and invoicing, reviewing monthly job costs
• Assist the Superintendent with RFI reports, QA/QC documentation, and construction field operations
• Assist with preconstruction tasks, including estimating and quantification
• Collect and log closeout documents and punch lists

Profile

• 1-4 years of experience working in commercial construction
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience using construction management software
• Strong desire to advance within the organization
