Post Closing Position

Kelly Services is looking for multiple Post Closing candidates for a company located in St. Paul, MN!This is a temp-to-hire opportunity!You will be responsible for performing a variety of post-closing loan servicing tasks.**Pay Rate:**- $15 to $16 an hour, depending on previous experience**Hours:**- Monday to Friday (7:30am-4:00pm)**Job Duties:**- Audit/Quality control as per Lender provided guidelines- Timely delivery of closed residential loan files to various lenders for funding- Check-in closed files into computer system with accuracy- Stack and audit closed loan files up to 300 pages- Handle client issues and corrections with professional responses via email- Respond to routine client inquires- Work with loan documentation and state specific standards and compliance deadlines**Requirements:**- High School Diploma or equivalent- Minimum of 12 months related post-closing experience in the mortgage industry- Proficient computer skills/MS Office skills- Excellent time management skills as well as attention to detail- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment- Should be from a Title, or from a National vendor management company with knowledge of mortgage closing documentsIf interested, apply to this posting for immediate consideration!
