At our Dobris (CZ) campus our Aftermarket Team is searching for Product Support Manager EMEA. For this position we are searching for someone with a good experience in technical management positions in the aftermarket area.

Your Responsibility


  • You lead the team of Product Support Manager that are responsible to provide technical support to the field teams, resolve technical issues, manage field modification campaigns and lead new product developments from an Aftermarket point of view
  • You streamline the processes of your team to provide a better quality service and set prioritis
  • You collaborate with other departments to improve the quality of our products
  • You expand the deployment of our CRM tool in the service area


Your Profile

  • You have extensive experience in the Aftermarket Area and ideally have gained this experience in the Construction Equipment, Truck or Agricultural Industry
  • You have a technical education and have worked in an technical environment
  • You have strong experience in establishing service processes and know how to improve processes to deliver a better and more efficient service
  • You have an extensive expterience in managing big teams in an international environment
  • You speak English fluently

What skills, education, and experiences does your ideal candidate(s) have?

•Education Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
•These are entry level opportunities
•Must be able to follow established methods and procedures and perform work accordingly. Must have the ability to work rapidly and under time pressure for extended periods of time in order to meet build requirements. Must possess the ability to read build sheets and blueprints.
•The ability to communicate with supervisors and fellow workers in both written and verbal forms at a level normally acquired through the completion of a high school diploma or GED is required.
•Job specific skills, techniques and safe work and equipment operating practices are learned through on-the-job and classroom training. General instructions are given on recurring duties, operations and assignments; detailed instructions are given on new duties, operations and assignments.
