Responsibilities
??? Customer Service and Engagement - This position requires a high level of customer interaction, communication, great listening skills and the ability to demonstrate products
??? Build rapport and engage with a client to offer Good Feet arch supports and provide them with a meaningful client experience
??? Ability to develop professional relationships with clients and coworkers to positively represent our company values
??? Assist in employee recruiting, training and developing to contribute to their professional growth
??? Presentation skills and knowledge of our product
??? Time management skills to set realistic deadlines and follow specific steps to reach time-sensitive objectives
??? Partners with upper management to make team members and clients comfortable, informed and improve their experience through personal impact.
??? Ownership of your personal sales metrics (KPIs) and goals
??? Initiates self-development, coachable, open and willing to apply the feedback given
??? Working alongside the Store Manager to create a strong team environment that embraces our mission and values and continue to strive for improving their sales metrics (KPIs)
??? Believe in our mission, products and your ability to change customers lives
??? Training is a key part of this position, whether it's the initial two-week training period or the continual diligence of improving your skills
Job Requirements:
Required Skills
??? 2+ years' experience in customer service and/or retail operations
??? Ability to maintain a customer-focused environment
??? Willing to work a flexible schedule of days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
??? Great communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build quick rapport and speak professionally with confidence
??? Results driven and self-motivated
??? Positive, approachable, and empathetic
