Your responsibilities in this role:

- Legal research and drafting of a wide range of legal documents
- Supporting attorneys and staff within the practice groups department
- Patentability analysis
- drafting, filing and prosecuting patent applications
- Analyze and summarize legal documents
- Communicate with clients and opposing counsel

Job Requirements:

- Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills highly desired
- A background in Mechanical, Electrochemical or Electrical Engineering or Chemistry is preferred
- Comprehensive knowledge of patent intellectual property
- Trademark intellectual property experience
- Stellar academic credentials and references
- Licensed attorney
- Demeanor to thrive in a high-paced environment, requiring exceptional organizational skills, juggling priorities, and adhering to strict deadlines
- Observant, accurate and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Must possess analytical, legal research and writing skills
