Genesis10 is currently seeking a Developer Lead - BPM for a contract position lasting through 12/31/2021, working with a major insurance client in the Franklin, WI area.
Accountable for translating the high-level solution design into application software detailed design artifacts and ensuring they are maintained and reviewed throughout the project life cycle. Ensuring the detailed design and implementation of the application meets the functional and non-functional requirements, Ensuring the appropriate application components are installed and configured to meet the requirements for all environments (development, test, stage, and production). Responsible for Source Code management. Provides team leadership for application delivery.
This is a new scrum team that will be working to modernize processes within our New Business area. Development will be with flowable and java as our workflow solution along with React frontends. This team will interact with several other scrum teams that are working on modernization.

Requirements:
- 5-7 years' experience
- Expert in Java / Springboot
- REST API design and development
- BPM / Workflow
- Proficient with Git and CICD
- AWS/Azure
- Technical Leadership experience
- MySQLl
- Gitlab
- Jira
- Flowable or Activiti (Strongly preferred)
