Adecco is seeking a Human Resources Specialist in Plymouth, WI! This positions requires candidates to provide excellent Human Resources Customer Service to their associates. We are seeking candidates with experience in Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Employee relations and HR Generalist duties. Pay rates start at $25.00 per hour, and paid weekly!
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
HR Administration
  • Daily timekeeping - review and update employee timecard punches and entry of vacation and absence requests
  • Maintenance of confidential employee files
  • Maintenance of daily attendance log
  • Preparation and processing of all paperwork regarding temporary employees
  • Talent Acquisition and Retention:
  • Facilitate placement, transfer and promotion activity by maintaining headcounts, transfer logs and other HR metrics documentation
  • Conduct orientations in absence of trainers regarding Toro policies
  • Assist in headcount planning, including temporary employee staffing.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Provide customer service to employees who need assistance
  • Assist temp agency with facilitation of employee issues
  • Follow up with employees on HR related questions
  • Conduct research into Human Resources programs/policies and activities and recommend changes or innovations where appropriate.
  • Corporate Culture/Employee Development:
  • Maintain the performance process to ensure employee feedback is provided.
  • Assist location with event planning and employee recognition
  • Health & Safety:
  • Assist with documentation of safety incidents and follow thru on completion of safety tasks
  • Compile monthly safety documentation
  • Assist EHS specialist with updating safety documents and policies
  • JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
    Education:
    Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources or a HS diploma and 1-3 years Human Resources experience.
    Experience:
    Previous HR experience gained in classroom or thru working in an HR role.
    Knowledge, Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong business acumen
  • Good verbal and written communication skills; good facilitation skills.
  • Ability to analyze and define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with interruptions
  • Proficient in all Microsoft applications,
