Robert Half Finance is searching for an energetic Controller to join a reputable services company. In this leadership position, you will manage all accounting operational functions, Payroll, and be a part of the leadership team. This Controller will be very hands on as the business continues to grow and adding to staff. QuickBooks is a huge plus! If you are a Senior Accountant, Accounting Manager, or a Controller right now and looking for that next step, here you go! This is located in East Bloomington area. Salary up to $115K. Job Requirements:
- Prior work done in public accounting is desired

- Extraordinary analytical, quantitative and social skills

- Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills

- Solid understanding of QuickBooks

- BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other business related field

- Takes action on items beyond formal job responsibilities

- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including as a Controller preferred

- Comfortable working in a changing and dynamic environment

- Outstanding technology, analytics and management experience required

- CPA/MBA preferred

- Vow to meet business deadlines

- Strong communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, both oral and written, and ability to build as well as deliver effective presentations

- Attentive, ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
