Minnesota - Hospitalist - $100,000 starting bonus

• Hospital employed - 7on/7off schedule with a 7 doctor group only 2 hours from Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN
  
• $56,000 sign-on bonus
• $64,000 commencement bonus
• additional $60,000 retention bonus paid out over 5 year at $1,000 per month
• Per shift rate of $1730 per day shift and $2240 per night shift
  
• 168 shifts per year equal a full time position(pay incentives for extra shifts)
  
• Primarily day shifts with 1:8 night week rotation
• Full benefits offered with paid malpractice, relocation and vacation
• No procedures required as surgeons perform central lines
• Hospitalists do run codes and manage some of the ICU/Med Surg including vent management
• Average inpatient volumes are 12-13 encounters per hospitalist with average daily census on unit of 50-60.
• Internal medicine training required or Family medicine with hospitalist experience
