We are seeking an entry level Client Service Specialist to join our team! Previous banking / teller experience needed!

Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service by acting as the first point of contact for telephone interactions.
  • Responding to the needs of clients; transaction processing, loan payments, and online banking access.
  • Cash handling responsibility - balance cash drawer daily.
  • Service and maintain customer data including address changes, stop payments, online banking password resets, account closing, and debit cards.
  • Follow legal bank procedures
  • Complete daily routine tasks - mail deposits, incoming / outgoing mail, vault balancing, and item processing
  • Communicate with customers in person, on the telephone and through email / mail communication
  • Maintain lobby appearance and assist in arranging pick up service for couriers
  • Order customer supplies such as endorsement stamps , checks, and deposit slips
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of banking industry experience OR 2-year Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Acts as a team player with excellent interpersonal skills and develops partnerships
  • Communicates effectively with excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Detail oriented!

Direct hire placement!
$17/hr starting pay + monthly quarterly bonus of $50-$100
