If you're an experienced Human Resources and Payroll Coordinator with an eye for accuracy, Robert Half Finance has a terrific opportunity in the Management Consultancy industry for you to check out. In this part-time role, you will be required to support the Payroll and Human Resources department in a variety of duties, including data entry, reconciliation of timecards, paycheck distribution and providing statements to various departments. You should have the capability to effectively communicate with both the internal team and outside customers. What you get to do every day


- Produce and run custom reports


- Maintain payroll information by contacting employees via email and phone to obtain timesheet approvals


- Ensure reports are distributed as instructed


- Maintain payroll operations by training/instructing employees in the proper use of payroll-related systems including entry of timesheets, online access of pay statements, etc.


- Arrange data into spreadsheets and the payroll system


-Assist HR with onboarding processes


-Assist HR with preparing job descriptions


- Carry out other duties as assigned


- Assist in office efficiency by carrying out clerical duties such as filing, scanning, faxing, photocopying, etc.HR



Job Requirements:

- Skillful in learning new processes and systems


- Possess strong organizational and follow-up skills


- Previous payroll experience


- High attention to detail


- Demonstrated knowledge of Rewriting Job Descriptions


- Microsoft Word experience preferred


- Full Cycle Payroll experience


- Knowledge of Paychex Payroll


- General familiarity with Background Checks


- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel


- Practical knowledge of performance reviews


- Experience with Onboarding


- Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills highly desired


- Experience in Payroll software


- Accurate, swift, data entry abilities
