We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to join an existing team working onsite with local client in the detail oriented Services industry. This short-term temporary employment opportunity is based in the Minneapolis, Minnesota area. Our client is looking for a Senior Project Manager to manage key projects as part of our client's strategic business plan. This position succeeds when it serves as a key member of the team, ensuring that changes are delivered to the expectations of stakeholders. You will also find that this role involves responsibility for managing projects to successful completion, ensuring that projects deliver on time, on budget, and in accordance with standards and guidelines over the entire project. experience in candidates should apply as soon as possible!

Major responsibilities

- Betters to manage, classify, and identify risk for functional improvement requests

- Amasses facts from business analysts, technical leads, and QA leads into references

- Defines the RACI matrix for projects in a product line

- Lists out and supervises the sprint planning and grooming meetings and follows ticket assignments

- Arranges project with precise ticket workflows and boards

- Provide assistance to facilitate creation and maintenance of the Project Roadmap with the Product Owner/Product Manager

- Help the team focus on the on-time delivery of agreed products

- Governs deployment scheduling in coordination with Dev Ops, Product Owner, and tech lead

- Work side by side with the Product Owner/Product Manager, Business Analyst, QA Manager and Product Specialist

- Assist cross-product teams to manage dependencies

- Verify that the functional requirements are tracked, met, and achievable

- Closely cooperating and communicates with stakeholders,technical team members, developers, and designers

- Serves as Scrum Master for the developers on the team - leading scrum ceremonies, clearing obstacles and ensuring the team is working effectively

- Leads project planning

- Devises schedules and milestones with inputs from all other teams assigned to that product, manages project scope and timelines

- Determines and schedules projects - as per the Project Roadmap defined by the Business Owner

- Works together with the Product Owner/Product Manager to turn the product roadmap into executable projects

- Administers the daily stand-ups, securing they are brief, timely, and focused

- Collaborates with Product Owner/Product Manager to secure that the product vision and high-level business objectives are clean and feasible

- Equips detailed reporting to management on milestone completion, project status, and risk assessments

Job Requirements:
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision

- Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions

- Flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments

- Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical colleagues

- QA experience

- We'll consider you a good candidate for this position if you are flexible and focused

- Dedication and requisite skills to meet critical business deadlines

- Minimum of 3 years of relevant Project Management experience

- If you are familiar and comfortable with IT project management methodologies, you can succeed in this position

- Strong communication and social skills and able to receive criticism well

- We are particularly looking for candidates with experience working with e-learning and blended learning programs

- Project management knowledge, along with strong operation and project management skills

- Applicants should have a Project Management (PMP) certification

- Proficiency using commonly accepted scheduling and project management tools
