IT Sourcer - Virtual RPO 5+ mo. Contract

Here's some background
Our client is looking for outstanding Technical Sourcer to uncover and attract talented individuals. This role will support 1-2 Recruiters and focus on key technical roles such as; Business Systems Analysts, Quality Engineering, Backend, frontend & full stack developers.

What You'll Do:
As a Technical Sourcer, you will demonstrate your ability to get creative and engage talent through conventional and unconventional means. Our client is a fast paced, growing company and we need your help to build a world class team! You will partner with hiring managers and recruiters to narrow in on the profiles desired, then communicate effectively with your sourced candidates, build relationships, encourage them to interview.

This is a 5+ month virtual W2 contract position.

What you need
* 2+ years of relevant technical sourcing experience required.
* Experience recruiting either in-house or at an agency.
* 2+ years of experience meeting or exceeding defined metrics.
* 2+ years of client interaction experience, including sourcing Business Systems Analysts, Quality Engineering, Backend, frontend & full stack developers, etc, while reviewing profiles and updating pipeline progress.
* Strong time management and attention to detail
