Project Manager

*ASSIGNMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:* * Independently leads and provides project management leadership for large programs and projects * Ensures projects meet business requirements on time and within budget * Defines and manages communication plans * Leads activities to mitigate risks and resolve issues * Measures project performance using appropriate tools and techniques * Identifies and communicates budget and schedule variances * Monitors progress of project and reports status * Performs any corrective actions and escalates with recommendations * Manages tasks and designates responsibilities for global and virtual teams of 10-20 project contributors *QUALIFICATIONS:* * 5+ years of project management experience leading medium to large size projects * 4-year college degree required * Strong verbal presentation and written communication skills * Must possess knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices and change management techniques * Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and SharePoint: 5+ Years * Effectively manages work with vendor partners as appropriate * SharePoint experience * Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks * Knowledge of project management tools, methods and best practices as defined by Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) * Strong experience with the use of ETCs, Baselines, Dependencies, Resource Leveling, and Burn Rate * Detail-oriented & strong organizational & analytical skills * High degree of professionalism and high sensitivity for confidentiality * Strong interpersonal, partnership, and collaboration skills used to solve problems and drive decisions * Strong sense of urgency and demonstrates initiative and follows thru * Comfortable with ambiguity and change * Proven experience in project management: high performing results managing and executing multiple complex projects simultaneously, * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills * Ability to drive operational excellence * Excellent communication, negotiation - ability to have a healthy debate, and time management skills * Strong organization and planning skills * In store marketing or Print experience preferred * Agency experience, or experience working with agencies
