Essential Functions
  • Develops a clearly defined project scope and accepts responsibility to execute the objectives within acceptable parameters. • Develops a communication plan, employs appropriate techniques and approaches to engage stakeholders and distributes project information. Applies best practices and methodologies to meet the varying stakeholder project needs and specific requirements for each project.
  • Monitors project progress against planned baselines through continuous measurement, metrics, analytics, and task updates. Controls outcomes through resource reallocation and manages objectives within the project's triple constraints (scope, schedule, and cost).
