Join our team and start your journey today.Primary Objective of Position: To perform established preventative maintenance and repairs on production equipment, provide support to building facility equipment, and systems repair to satisfy all internal customer needs and expectations.Major Areas of Accountability: Equipment Repair - Troubleshoots and repairs production equipment as directed by supervisor or manufacturing needs and supports the repair of facility equipment and systems. Equipment responsible for includes: CNC's and manual machines. Preventative Maintenance - Maintains production equipment according to the preventative maintenance program. Fabrication and Repairs - Fabricates parts, equipment, etc., as required. Provides support to repairs for such items as HVAC systems, air lines, plumbing lines, electrical lines, etc. Identify Problems - Identifies equipment or safety problems and takes corrective action independently. Safety - Performs work in a safe manner by following all safety procedures. Apparent or Assigned - Performs other work as apparent or assigned. Qualifications for Entry: Vo-tech certificate in one of the following: -Hydraulic/pneumatic equipment technician -Machine maintenance -CNC maintenance -Electrical maintenance Five years experience in machine shop maintenance Demonstrated ability with general electrical maintenance Demonstrated ability to communicate (verbal/written) effectively with customers, suppliers and employees Demonstrated ability to work in a cooperative and team oriented environment.
