Our client in New Brighton is looking to hire a Sales Support Accounting Assistant to join their team! This person will be responsible for assisting the sales staff with paperwork, invoicing, organizing/updating inventory files, and any other administrative or accounting functions. This position has the chance of being a temporary to full-time position for the right candidate!

Responsibilities:

- Assist the sales staff with paperwork, invoicing, etc.

- Order/receive equipment into system

- Organize and update inventory files with incoming/outgoing activity

- Request warranty, program, and co-op credits

- Submit credit applications
