JSPP Staff Attorney-District Court
This position provides extensive legal research & analysis of legal issues & cases pending before the ND District Courts; makes recommendations on the proposed disposition of cases; assists judges & judicial referees by applying legal principles & research in the drafting & writing of judicial orders & provides support services on other related matters.
The successful applicant may choose to work from one of the following locations: Cavalier, Langdon, Devils Lake or Grafton.
Starting salary is $7,054 per month plus benefits. Requires a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school; a minimum of two years related experience conducting legal research, preparing or presenting cases in state courts; & a license to practice law in ND.
