Full Charge Bookkeeper

We have an exciting temp to hire opportunity for a Full Charge Bookkeeper with 2+ years of bookkeeping experience. They are looking to get someone in the seat ASAP with training in office and then remote, which is why this must be a local candidate.

Position requires strong bank reconciliation experience and the flexibility to do a variety of projects including A/P, A/R, reconciliations and general ledger work and payroll. Responsibilities include processing of payables, receivables, journal entries, postings and forecasting. If you have an adaptable and flexible personality with the ability to thrive managing multiple things at once then this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Requirements

- AA or BA/BS in Accounting or related

- 3+ years of accounting or bookkeeping and payroll experience

- Good communication skills (both written and verbal)

- Comfortable with Microsoft Excel and experience using an ERP software system (QuickBooks, Peachtree, etc.)

- Deep understanding of accounts receivable accounts payable

- Account bank reconciliation experience

- General ledger experience highly desired
