A growing higher-education company in Minnesota is seeking to add to Financial Aid Representatives their team while they are in the throes of their busy season. The Financial Aid Representative will be responsible for providing their students with a positive experience and guidance throughout the financial aid process. Duties of the Financial Aid Representative include inbound phone calls and follow-up communication with students regarding their individual financial aid cases. Maintaining detail and efficiency is important as this team of Financial Aid Representatives handles student cases from beginning to end. This temporary position will be remote, Monday-Friday, with one late shift (11:30-8pm) and one support shift/quarter.
