The Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe Housing Authority is currently seeking one highly motivated individual with proficiency in communication, team building and leadership. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree relating to the construction field preferred. Minimum of 2 years vocational or technical training, with 4 years practical experience relating to Project Management. Knowledge & understanding of TERO Ordinance & related Federal Law, Building Codes (MiN & International, MN Energy, Uniform Plumbing, Mechanical, National Electrical, etc.) Experience in MS Office computer software systems are a must. A valid MN Driver's License is required & be insurable per the LLBO Fleet Management Driver/Motor Vehicle Record Criteria. Wage: Depending on Qualifications.
