Our client in the SW Metro is hiring an Accountant! You would be one of four individuals on this tenured team. As an Accountant, you would be responsible of supporting the daily accounting activities of 50-60 project managers. To be successful in this role, you must be able to multitask/easily switch gears, be deadline driven, and be willing to assist in other areas as needed.

Duties include:
  • Setting up project manager's activities into the companies ERP system
  • Processing high volumes of invoices
  • Data collection/management
  • Running and analyzing reports
  • Follow up with customers on past due invoices
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related accounting/finance experience
  • Business and financial acumen
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office - 70% of your work would be in Excel (Vlookups, simple formulas)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to research and problem solve
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • Previous experience with Sage / MAS 500, FieldPoint and/or Crystal Reports a plus
