HM's Top Needs:
1. Navigate Successfully with Complex Systems: Both Ariba purchasing and Readsoft accounts payable experience at MDT would be highly sought after. Our purchasing and accounting systems are complex/confusing/not intuitive, so someone with that MDT experience would be best but someone with the patience to work in these system environments will be essential.
2. Autonomy: our team is in many locations and in the Covid environment that means most are working from remote locations. Therefore, the ideal candidate will need to work with a lot of autonomy. Driving tasks to completion and monitoring their successful execution in our systems. When issues arise, being able to work through the issue to successful completion.
3. Can Do, Go Getter: In our highly dynamic research environment, plans change quickly as new learning happens in our technology experimentation and research. Someone who can adapt and pitch in went and where needed is essential.

The ideal candidate:

• Is well versed in systems including: Ariba purchasing, Readsoft accounts payable, project accounting, and uship domestic and international shipping.
• Additionally, managing inventory for complex R&D or R&T programs.
• Previous MDT experience is desired but not a requirement. Looking for a highly motivated candidate willing to learn.

The primary responsibilities:

• Support an alternative sterilization assessment where materials samples are being exposed to various sterilization chemistries.
• Metals, polymers, adhesive joints, welds, and products are being analyzed for evidence of any degradation reactions that were initiated by the new sterilization chemistry.

Education Required:

• Associate or bachelor's degree in business/accounting/project management.
  

Years' Experience Required:

• 4-6 years of experience. Where looking for someone who can hit the ground running as much as possible.
