Description:Will work as a process engineer in the facilities division - full service consulting engineering firm that specializes in food & beverage, federal, and industrial facility design.Work on all phases of a project, from the initial concept through the installation and commissioning of new lines, along with upgrades to existing production lines.Design of process systems including: Mass and energy balances, Material flow analysis, Heat transfer calculations, Fluid flow calculations, Development of Process Flow Diagrams and Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams.Provide documentation packages for the successful completion of projects.Work with clients on developing the scope of projects and providing the deliverables for these projectsWork with a design team that includes internal and external people in the development of general arrangement and elevation layoutsDevelop equipment specifications and documentation that meets clients design requirementsDevelop equipment and installation cost estimationsDevelop descriptions of operation for process being designedDevelop bid packages, construction packagesVisit customer sites for data acquisition, meetings and installation/start-up as needed.Skills:process engineering, food processing, piping, beverage, industrial, chemical engineer, food plant, wastewaterTop Skills Details:Must haves: Bachelors Degree within Chemical or Mechanical engineering6+ recent years working as a process engineer designing food processing plants/industrial plants or facilities.Ability to obtain PE.Additional Skills & Qualifications:Fluent in utilizing Microsoft Office productsCurrent experience in AutoCAD software suitesExperience Level:Entry Level About Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
