Appraiser

Pope County is accepting applications for the position of Appraiser. The successful candidate will have thorough knowledge of the practices of real estate appraising for assessment purposes; general knowledge of building construction practices and of building and land values; ability to understand and follow oral and written directions; ability to write clear and concise reports; ability to deal effectively with the public and other employees.
