Electrical Engineer Specialist Compensation & Benefits
Total compensation for the Electrical Engineer in Minneapolis, MN is between $100,000 and $130,000 depending on experience, and may be more than this range for candidates with exceptional experience and successful history of performance.

Electrical Engineer Specialist Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible assisting the Engineering Division Manager to oversee different departments within the electrical division and the personnel in the department.
- Must oversee the engineering team members with the execution to complex projects.
- Responsible for communicating with owners, manufacturers, and distributers.
- Have a strong background in industrial design/build such as Food & Beverage, Manufacturing, Fertilizer & Flour, Feed Mills, etc.
- In depth working knowledge of NFPA 70 and 70E
Electrical Engineer Specialist Qualifications
- Must have a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering
- 8+ years working for an Electrical Engineering Firm or an Electrical Design/Build Contractor
- Must have experience overseeing the design process of Industrial Projects such as Food & Beverage.
- Proficiency in Revit MEP, BIM 360, Navisworks and Bluebeam
- Must have an E.I.T. with the ability to sit for the P.E. exam within 6 months.
- Professional Engineering Certificate is highly preferred.

- P.E. Certification
