Job Description

A Project Coordinator for New Trucks is responsible for completing the following duties:
  • Work with the Sales and Operations teams on current projects that are being built in the Truck division
  • Communication between Sales and Operations after project is released
  • Update sales schedule as needed for Bobtails and Transports
  • Work with Sales and customers on any customer supplied parts to ensure projects are on time
  • Review new orders at the time of the order with Sales to identify special requests or parts for each job and help communicate to both Engineering and Operations
  • Review and inspect new chassis being delivered to Westmor
  • Identify chassis with VIN, WO
  • Coordinate pickups and deliveries with Sales, transportation companies, Westmor drivers and others as needed
  • Communicate across multiple departments with project updates
  • Communicate current lead times with Sales
  • Help develop and maintain process for project support
  • Other duties as assigned
