A Project Coordinator for New Trucks is responsible for completing the following duties:

A Project Coordinator for New Trucks is responsible for completing the following duties:
- Work with the Sales and Operations teams on current projects that are being built in the Truck division
- Communication between Sales and Operations after project is released
- Update sales schedule as needed for Bobtails and Transports
- Work with Sales and customers on any customer supplied parts to ensure projects are on time
- Review new orders at the time of the order with Sales to identify special requests or parts for each job and help communicate to both Engineering and Operations
- Review and inspect new chassis being delivered to Westmor
- Identify chassis with VIN, WO
- Coordinate pickups and deliveries with Sales, transportation companies, Westmor drivers and others as needed
- Communicate across multiple departments with project updates
- Communicate current lead times with Sales
- Help develop and maintain process for project support
- Other duties as assigned
