We are looking for an Project / Office Manager to join our team! Must have 2-4 years of office management & project management experience in the construction industry!

Duties:
- Communicate effectively and punctually via phone and e-mail with Owner, Employees, Customers and Suppliers, and documenting when appropriate.
- Strong ability to stay organized and to track all projects.
- Provide support for assigned contracts and project documents.
- Determines material / labor costs and generate appropriate quotes.
- Responsibility for billing and collecting client payments.
- Reviewing and approving vendor and subcontractor invoicing.
- Provide full responsibility for vendor and trade contacts, permits, agreements, and terms.
- Provide primary professional responsibilities for CRM and related software applications.
- Manage the company calendar and complete scheduling.
- Provide high level administrative support for the company.
- Control the company communications network, including coordination with jobsite personnel, client calls and inquiries, and trade (sub)contractors.
- Screen, record, and track incoming job leads via phone, e-mail, and walk-ins.
- Generate and complete payroll process.
- Punctual and effective communication skills.
- EXCELLENT customer service abilities
- Ability to work in a fast paced, multi demand environment.
- 2-4 years of experience in the construction industry.
- 3 years of experience in office management minimum.
- Accounting background is a HUGE plus.
- Associates Degree or bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Preferred computer skills: QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite, Helpdesk
- Direct Hire
- Schedule: 7:30am-4:30pm
- Pay: $50,000 - $70,000 - depending on experince
