Work Outside This Summer!
oin our team at Bluemont Lakes for the season! Pay is $13.00 - $14 per hour, DOE.
Start date would be late April (depending on weather) to mid-November (depending on weather) @10@Monday Friday @10@8am to 5pm. (start and ending time may vary depending on weather). @10@Average work week is 35 hrs @10@Must be at least 18 years of age. @10@Must be detailed oriented @10@and must be able to work independently. Must have a current driver's license and a clean record @10@. Must agree to a background check @10@High School diploma or GED required. @10@No benefits offered. @10@Must present self in a neat, clean and professional manner.
@10@@10@Mow lawns using zero turn riding and push mowers; edge sidewalks, driveways, and curbs; trim shrubs; String Trim around trees, path lights, and shoreline; plant and care for flowers; Assist in operations and repair of irrigation systems; @10@Equipment maintenance and repair; @10@Weed shorelines, rock and park areas; @10@Dirt and grass seeding; @10@Change garbage liners; @10@Trim trees; @10@Clean fountain; @10@Pickup garbage in all areas; @10@Add dye to lake system
@10@Physical Requirements: @10@@10@Working outside in all weather conditions. @10@Requires bending, lifting, and walking. @10@Requires long periods of sitting when mowing. @10@Experience: A bonus but not mandatory; 2 years mower operator; @10@Mechanical background; @10@Irrigation repair; @10@Landscaping; @10@Chainsaw operations; @10@String trimmer @10@Hand and power tools
