Office & Inventory Specialist

This strong and thriving multi-location cooperative is searching for an Office & Inventory Specialist to work with customer's in grain, feed and agronomy along with assisting the office staff with a variety of day to day operations, including inventory control.

Position Responsibilities:

??? Answer phone and direct calls

??? Enter accounts receivables payments

??? Provide counter sales and customer service

??? Perform truck scale, grain probing, and grading procedures, including scale tickets

??? Maintain grain contracts, settlements, reporting, and enter contracts for producers

??? Close and update daily grain and accounting processes

??? Help to complete monthly inventory of all location products

??? Receive products and accurately match with PO's

??? Accurately file grain settlements on a timely basis

??? Handle customer complaints with or without management assistance

??? Monitor and track inventories (feed and agronomy)

??? Load and unload bulk and packaged inventories, including grain handling seasonally

??? Assist in maintaining facility cleanliness and housekeeping

??? Assist with seasonal fertilizer - loading and unloading trucks, tending, and handling of products and chemicals as needed.

??? Assist in seed shed loading, unloading, and sorting of seed and chemicals

??? Qualifications:

??? High School Diploma or GED equivalent

??? Ten-key speed and accuracy required

??? Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel software

??? Excellent oral and written communication skills

??? Strong customer service skills

??? Ability to manage multiple projects at a time and demonstrate good attention to detail

??? Detail oriented to provide accurate and consistent work with or without direction

??? Knowledge of administrative/inventory procedures and systems

??? Chemical Handlers license (or be able to obtain within 60 days)

??? Ability to work long seasonal hours

??? Have a class A CDL (or be able to obtain within 60 days)
