Hunter Hamilton has partnered with a property management company located in Brooklyn Center looking to add a Property Accountant to the team! The individual in this role will be responsible for completing financial reporting and accounting duties for multiple entities throughout the state. This is a great direct hire role for anyone looking to get in with a growing company!
Job Duties:
- Create and analyze financial reporting
- Process mortgage payments
- Perform month end calculations
- Correspond and assist property managers with questions
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of previous Property Accounting experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
