Commercial Construction Superintendent

Emphasizing the delivery of full-service construction with a reputable and expanding company that is ready to hire an experienced Commercial Superintendent. Construction Superintendent Functions:

• Coordinate an efficient schedule, trades, equipment, and resources
• Direct and evaluate site personnel and staff
• Maintain EEO compliance negotiate on-site labor relations
• Enforce project safety and security
• Review and approve all subcontractor and vendor payment as well as timely preparation of payment requisitions

Construction Superintendent Qualifications:

• Experience as a lead Superintendent on projects ranging from $5-$30 million desired.
• Work regularly onsite while being exposed to moving mechanical parts
• Successful in working on precarious heights, adverse weather conditions, and moderate to a very loud work environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage people, costs, and budgets

Compensation:

• $70,000-$90,000 base + benefits/Per Diem
