Accounting Manager

As an Accounting Manager on our team, you will:

• Supervise, hire, train and develop personnel in Accounts Payable, Payroll, and General Accounting
• Main point of contact for multiple annual external audits
• Process supplier payments, create and upload positive pay files, maintain voids and stop payments
• Review and post journal entries, analyze financial statements, ensure accurate and timely month end close, understand and maintain general ledger structure, maintain and create internal system reporting
• Develop and implement new controls, functionality, technology, and processes to improve department accuracy and efficiency

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 5 years of management experience in Accounting or a related field

Preferred Qualifications:

• Have had or currently have your CPA
• Experience with Oracle software
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Sales and use tax knowledge and experience
