Baker Tilly professionals on our Digital Team provide management consulting services is looking to bring on a team member to aid in the progress of internal projects. With a background in data governance, testing work streams, visualization source cards, managing programs, and having a universal approach on stragey and change management.

Qualifications

What you will do:

Manage and develop project approach and plans, start from conceptual/foundational understanding and facilitate the organization through definition of the plans and approach
Execute plan(s) and associated activities including leading critical phases of implementation (design, build, test, deploy).
Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis.
Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
Lead the identification of risks and collaboratively with stakeholders, develop mitigation approaches.
Gather and analyze detailed information about the process design and the impact on the roles and the organizations affected.
Measure effectiveness of plans and make adjustments where necessary.
Manage and implement multiple projects through delegation, coordination, communication, and organization. Coordinate deployment of projects included staffing resources, deadlines, and end user expectations.
Ensure that all projects are properly documented, which includes a business case, business requirements, and implementation plan, maintaining document requirements for project managers and business owners.
Document, obtain approval, and track all changes in project scope. Close all project documentation and archive appropriate records.
Evaluate and establish strategy to analyze problems and provide workable solutions. Track and report progress and forecast final delivery targets.

Successful candidates will have:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, engineering, computer science, management information systems, or related field.
Minimum of six (6) years of related experience. Previous related consulting experience highly preferred; a minimum of two (2) years of supervisory responsibilities highly preferred
Minimum of two (2) years of experience building and executing change management strategies
Demonstrated competency in strategic thinking that results in new ideas that drive the business forward
Demonstrated experience leading a team with thorough proven facilitation and transformation/change management experience
Experience managing senior-level client relationships and comfortable working across an organization
Demonstrated management, analytical, organization, interpersonal, project management, communication skills, and highly developed Microsoft Suite skills (Word, Excel) required.
Ability to lead and supervise others, provide exceptional client service, demonstrate commitment to continuous learning in order to stay current regarding applicable strategies, see the "big picture" as well as the details, display appropriate ethical knowledge and commitment, and exhibit a sense of urgency and commitment to quality and the timely completion of projects.
Must be willing to travel as needed and work non-traditional hours as needed for client engagements
The ability to prioritize, be attentive to details, maintain confidentiality, and provide exceptional client service is required. Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills, organizational, analytical, problem-solving and computer skills required.
A sense of urgency and a commitment to timely completion of projects. Attention to detail along with a commitment to quality and confidentiality.
