Job Overview: To run the office/administrative operations of Rebound Partners as well as provide administrative and project support to employees of the company, especially the CEO.

Key Position Responsibilities (On-Site daily, Northfield, MN)

?? Serves as the coordinator for operations and appearance of the Rebound Partners Home Office. Tasks include but are not limited to - answering and directing calls, maintaining contact lists, greeting visitors, processing mail, ordering of office supplies, managing building security codes and passwords, oversight of cleaning and maintenance with 3rd parties, ensuring a professional appearance of front office and conference room, occasional errands as necessary for above.

?? Serve as point person for Website, Social Media & Rebound Partners Brand. Tasks may include, gathering information for social media posting, ensuring website is updated timely, ordering/managing Rebound Partners brand materials (business cards, stationary, signage, etc).

?? Provide administrative and project support to the members of the Rebound Executive Team, as needed. Tasks may include, preparing meeting packets, scheduling investor and advisory meetings, note taking during meetings, etc.

?? Monitor and respond to CEO emails as appropriate, identifying urgent matters for CEO's correspondence.

?? Prepare and organize daily meeting information for CEO including preparation of agendas and distribution of materials as well as manage the overall CEO schedule. Current operations may require tools such as Zoom or other online meeting software to complete.

?? Investor contact management, prepare and maintain master calendar for investments/projects meetings

?? Be the point person for office technology, work with 3rd party IT management group to provide computer and technology needs of the office which include ordering computers, setting up computers and projection equipment and being able to troubleshoot and report computer, network, and printer issues.

?? Management and Filing of paperwork, both manually and virtually. Rebound has plans to migrate from a paper file system to an electronic version using the Microsoft SharePoint product. The Office Administrator will lead that migration as well as keep up with all new files.

?? Assists in the management of financial and legal documentation for all Rebound Partners business entities. The task includes maintaining Federal Employer Identification Numbers, locating, and sharing relevant documentation with financial institutions as it relates to new loan requests, maintaining a relationship with legal partners and keeping documents secure.

?? Assist Controller with basic bookkeeping needs. Tasks include but are not limited to - printing of accounts payables checks, preparing deposits, communicating with customers or vendors, etc.

?? Assist Controller with New Hire and Benefit paperwork among the Rebound Partners verticals.

?? Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Rebound Brand representation with excellent verbal and written communication skills that demonstrate professionalism, business aptitude, and curiosity.

?? Associates degree or equivalent in related field is preferred but not required.

  • 1 to 3 years of related experience as an Office assistant or administrator role but not required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills required to work with a diverse set of team members and visitors from CEOs to interns.
  • Strong organization skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Ability to efficiently manage multiple calendars.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite programs such as Word, Excel, willing to learn other programs such as SharePoint, Teams
  • Willingness to learn additional programs or skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing work environments.
