An established Ag company in North Dakota is looking to bring on a Grain Manager to oversee a successful operation in the area. This position offers an excellent compensation and benefit package.

Grain Manager Responsibilities:

  • Manage the planning and direction of grain facility operations
  • Ensure that daily operations meet all standards and operational schedules
  • Oversee a small team and promote improvement in quality, safety and cost performance
  • Strong understanding of grain logistics and team oversight

Grain Manager Requirements:

  • 2+ years' agriculture experience required
  • Strong understanding of grain operations
  • Self-motivated, ambitious and ability to manage multiple people
  • Strong work ethic, problem solving skills and leadership abilities

Grain Manager Compensation:

  • $60,000-$75,000+ DOE
  • Excellent benefit package including healthcare, dental, vision, vacation and 401k
