DescriptionRobert Half HR Services is seeking a Human Resource Manager for our Twin Cities Financial Services client - this strategic role is a member of leadership team responsible for driving a culture of accountability and team first focus. Plans, manages and coordinates all human resources initiatives including recruitment, compensation, benefits, training and employee relations. Champions HR vision and builds sustainable HR structures, systems, processes, and practices. Advises and coaches managers on HR policies, programs, and employee relations issues. This position reports directly to the CEO/President and this role is located onsite in Edina, Minnesota.
