This full-time, permanent Fabrication Welder is at an employee-owned, engineer-to-order manufacturer. Average employee tenure is twelve years. The annual employee stock option plan is between twelve and eighteen percent. Work is interesting as they have a diverse product line and customer base. This is a new position due to growth. The opportunity to grow into a leadership role may come about as they continue add employees. The successful candidate will not be bored as there is a lot of variety to this position.
There is a premium paid for second shift. Welders work Monday through Thursday for ten hours per day. Working on Fridays and Saturdays pays overtime. The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate should include the following:
- Creating fixtures for welding
- Stainless steel TIG welding
- Being responsible for quality
The background of the successful candidate should include the following:
- Three or more years of TIG fabrication verses production welding experience
- Knowledge of blueprint reading
