Digital Marketing Manager job in Milwaukee!

The Director, Digital Marketing is responsible for all online marketing initiatives for the organization. This role will partner with senior leadership and other department managers to develop and oversee online marketing campaigns, from ideation to implementation, for cohesive alignment with existing branding and marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will have global marketing experience, experience leading a team, crafting new technologies and rolling up their sleeves.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement custom employment marketing campaigns across North America.
  • Manage large-scale job board, digital advertising, and out-of-home annual marketing budgets.
  • Analyze performance reporting to identify marketing optimization opportunities.
  • Handling strategic online initiatives to grow brand influence, loyalty and presence, including but not limited to SEO and/or SEM
  • Manage social media campaigns and day-to-day activities, compile and evaluate analytics, and prepare reports to assess performance results
  • Write creative, compelling copy for online content and corporate communications
  • Coordinate email newsletters, email campaigns, and other external communications to prospects, customers and sales representatives.
  • Working within established brand guidelines and ensure consistent adherence to guidelines for all marketing materials and activities.
  • Collaborating with senior leadership to develop and monitor campaign budgets and negotiating of advertising contracts
  • Monitoring the competition, including awareness of emerging digital marketing strategies in our industry as well as the global marketplace.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent field of study required
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience and demonstrated results in managing digital marketing campaigns and initiatives, including best practices and analytic reporting
  • Prior experience marketing a brand to distributors and/or global marketing experience highly desired
  • Knowledge and understanding of all current and relevant social media platforms, including how they can be deployed to meet specific objectives and scenarios effectively
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of SEM/SEO
  • Exceptional technology skills, including proficiency in Office and relevant marketing software
