Assistant Insurance Sales Division Manager

Essential Functions:

?? Managing a team of insurance agents

?? Identifying and recruiting talent to help increase sales in the senior market

?? Training new agents and field trainers on the products and sales tools that Physicians Mutual offers

?? Effectively leading and coaching field trainers and agents to meet or exceed sales goals

?? Assist in developing operating plans for sales, recruiting and training

Job Requirements:

?? Life and Health license

?? Medicare Supplement sales experience

?? Recruit and develop sales talent

?? Strong written/verbal communication skills
