We are looking to hire someone right away so please apply today and you will be able to schedule a phone or video interview with our recruiter!Responsibilities+ Responsibility for all facets of machine repair, machine maintenance, and disassembly and reassembly of equipment for sanitation and production+ Preventative maintenance of production machinery, packaging machinery, and conveyor systems+ Installation, diagnostics, troubleshooting and repair of machinery, equipment, and facilities+ Mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems maintenance+ Setting up and operating production equipment as needed+ Working with machine operators to ensure functionality and efficiency of production+ Welding and fabrication as needed+ Testing of systems and machinery through the use of various meters and gauges+ Provide maintenance support for electrical, heating and cooling systems, parts inventory and maintaining all aspects of the physical plant+ Follow and implement all USDA, FDA and GFG guidelinesThe essential functions of this role include:+ working in a smoke free environment+ wearing steel toe shoes+ manual lifting up to 75lbs+ working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week+ working weekendsSkills+ Electronic Maintenance+ Mechanical Maintenance+ Blueprints+ Maintenance+ Inspecting+ Electrical+ Inspection+ Blueprint Reading+ General Maintenance+ CMMS+ PLCEducation+ High School (required)Qualifications+ Years of experience: 3 years+ Experience level:ExperiencedShift: ThirdWorking hours: 10 PM - 6:30 AMRandstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
