CorTech is looking to hire a Engineering Support Specialist in Golden Valley, MN.

Assists all levels of engineers with their tasks and assignments. May require a high school diploma or its equivalent with 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

Engineering support specialist - Design Validation &; certification

The electrical test technician conducts product testing and supports engineering in product design activities.

Job Description:
???Test Technician required to test and troubleshoot digital, analog and RF assemblies down to the component level. Candidate must be proficient with the use of various test equipment and must be familiar with schematic diagrams. Must be knowledgeable and experienced around electronic and electro-mechanical products.
???Electronic test equipment and soldering and circuit card build and/or test along with the ability to run multiple projects at the same time and on schedule. Must be computer literate, with excellent oral and written communication skills. Perform diversified manual and mechanical duties to test electronic components and assemblies of transmitter units
???Duties include visual inspection, testing wiring continuity and circuitry completeness for regulatory Standards (UL, ETL & FCC).
???Familiarity in testing Wireless /RF product testing would be preferred.
