Project Manager

As one of the largest family-owned design and construction companies in North America, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our award-winning team of industry professionals.

Responsibilities Include:

• Working with clients throughout project life cycles to meet desired scope & vision
• Plan and schedule project timelines and key milestones within scope and budget
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations as needed
• Negotiate with vendors, suppliers and subcontractors
• Ensures all work is completed in adherence to federal, state, local and company safety laws, policies and guidelines, including obtaining local and state permits and approvals
• Prepare accurate, detailed, complete construction drawings in AutoCAD including cross sections, elevations, floor-plans, roof plans, details, and site plans required for the completing of the project
• Design and review drawings according to established client specifications
• Prepare and submit project estimates to clients
• Manage and mitigate project risk along with the site superintendents

Qualification Requirements:

• Accredited Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering
• A minimum of 3-5 year experience of construction projects from conception through completion, including conceptual design, estimating, pre-construction, construction & project close-out
• Proven experience managing budgets for large construction projects
• Ability to manage and mitigate project risk along with the site superintendents
• Advanced AutoCAD technical skills
• Excellent oral and written communication including conflict resolution
