What You Will Do:

Serve as a strategic consultant to manage, plan, and implement clinical performance initiatives to create, implement, and evaluate multi-faceted competency-based programs, delivery mechanisms, and clinical performance.

  • Consult on the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of clinical learning programs and performance processes that support core clinical competency across the organization.
  • Partner with clinical educators to support development and deployment of clinical performance and professional competency programs.
  • Manage performance and competency standards for interprofessional programs to support practice at the highest extent of licensure.
  • Consult on program evolution to involve research, design, implementation and support of Clinical Professional Development programs.
What You Will Need:

Education:

  • High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required.
  • Master's degree preferred.

Work Experience:

  • 5 years of experience required.
  • 10 years of experience preferred.
  • Adult learning experience preferred.
  • Articulate Story Line is preferred.
  • Graphic Design experience a plus.
