Director of Nursing-Assisted Living(R.N.)+$8k BONUS$

The Homestead at Maplewood, a 61-Bed Assisted Living facility is looking for an experience Director of Home Health Services to join our team. As the Director of Home Health Services, you will provide direction, leadership, coordination, supervision and implementation professional and supportive services to residents/clients using nursing theory and process in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act. While assuring the residents/clients are treated with respect and dignity, recognizing individual needs and encouraging independence.

Pay:$80k-$85k/year+$8000 HIRING BONUS

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Current MN RN license
• 5+ years of nursing experience
• 2+ year of supervisory/management experience in Long Term Care, Assisted Living or similar setting
• Bachelors of Nursing
• CPR/BLS certified
• Knowledge of Home Health regulatory and reimbursement requirements is a must
