Payroll Manager

DescriptionPayroll Manager needed in Fox Valley area!One of our growing clients located in Appleton is looking to add a Payroll Manager to their team. Reporting directly to the Controller, the Payroll Manager will be responsible for directing/overseeing the payroll process for the US, developing and mentoring team members, partnering with business unit leaders to develop and establish payroll processing objectives, and strategically provide continuous improvements to the payroll process by analyzing payroll and shared service trends.The ideal candidate will have 5 or more years of payroll processing experience with some prior management experience as well, multi-state/multi-entity payroll experience, and experience with system implementations.Requirements-Bachelor's Degree or equivalent payroll experience -CPP certification-5+ years payroll processing experience-Management experience -Excellent interpersonal and communication skills-Ability to work in a fast paced and deadline driven environmentRobert Half Finance & Accounting matches skilled professionals with remote or on-site jobs in accounting, bookkeeping, finance, audit, taxation and more on a full-time basis.
