Loan Documentation Specialists-Work From Home-Brookfield, WI

Kelly Services is seeking financial professionals for **Loan Documentation Specialist** opportunities with our global banking client in Brookfield, WI. These are work from home roles, but candidates MUST be local as may return to the local office once restrictions are lifted. Possible temp to hire needs paying **$28.00/hr** to start and benefits available in the first 30 days! Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm schedule.**Job Duties**Coordinates the preparation of loan/lease packages in compliance with policies and procedures, regulatory guidelines, and investor standards by gathering and reviewing necessary documents and information within designated time frames. Communicates with staff, customers/clients, realtors, brokers, counsel, title companies, etc. to respond to inquiries, resolve problems and obtain additional documents needed to complete the file. Ensures compliance with internal policies, regulatory and investor requirements, and customer service standards. May coordinate the closing and funding of assigned loan packages; calculating final closing costs and disbursing funds.**Required Experience/Skills**- Experience working with legal/loan documents is required. _Not interested in mortgage loan experience._- Ability to work with legal to solve complex documentation needs- Ability to apply critical thinking for all elements of loan documentation construction- Ability to work effectively and accurately in a fast paced, high production, professional environment- High school diploma or GED**Kelly Temporary Employee Perks:****??
