Corporate Tax Accountant

We are partnering with a client in the Minnetonka area that is looking for a Tax Accountant. This is an opportunity to join an organization where there are growth opportunities into other parts of the business.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Assist in preparing schedules for quarterly and annual tax provision calculations, including income tax payable and deferred tax account roll-forwards.

- Prepare quarterly taxable income calculations for federal and state income tax estimated payments and extensions.

- Gather data for preparation of income tax returns including coordination with outside tax professionals.

- Other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

Bachelor's in Accounting

2+ Years Tax Experience

Excellent communicator

Self motivated - takes initiative to improve processes
