Wholesale Banking provides financial solutions to businesses across the United States and globally. Our four major business lines include Corporate & Investment Banking, Commercial Banking, Commercial Real Estate, and Wells Fargo Commercial Capital. We also have groups in credit risk, group risk, finance, marketing, human relations, and the Wholesale Chief Operating Office that support our businesses.

The individual will be a leader and senior manager in Treasury Management Product and Development organization, specifically reporting into the Head of Product Development & Infrastructures. Product Development & Infrastructures is responsible for all ongoing and day-to-day product development and infrastructure management for Treasury Management Product & Development organization. Leader will be responsible for $130M+ in annual product development budgets, in support of the $3B/year Treasury Management business.
Specific duties will include:

  • Channel management and development leadership, prioritization and sequencing across all Treasury Management digital channel delivery.
  • Leading vision, strategy, approach, and execution for digital channel strategy and channel development, including API, Online, Mobile, and Banking-as-a-Service design.
  • Agile product/channel ownership and desired outcome definition in collaboration with product management.
  • Information Services and Information related channel and product services.
  • Portfolio and inventory management of channel development activities.
  • Managing critical partnerships associated with development including DS4B, Technology, Operations, etc.
  • Development and oversight of standards related to approach (Agile), quality, timeline, investment, and other measurements of quality and efficiency.
  • ADA Standards management.
  • Poing of collabation with Enterprise Digital and Digital Solutions for Business.

The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule:

CA-SF-Financial District: Min: $134,400 Mid: $192,000 Max: $249,600
NC-Charlotte: Min: $112,000 Mid: $160,000 Max: $208,000
MN-Minneapolis: Min: $112,000 Mid: $160,000 Max: $208,000

Salary range is determined by the location of the job.

May be considered for a discretionary bonus.

They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following and adhering to applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions. There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit's risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.

  • Accomplish management responsibilities which include sourcing and hiring talented employees, providing ongoing coaching and feedback, recognizing and developing employees, identifying and managing risks, and completing daily management tasks.

Position can be located anywhere in the Wells Fargo footprint.



Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: digital customer experience, digital product/program management, digital platforms, or digital consulting
  • 4+ years of leadership experience



Other Desired Qualifications
  • 10 years experience in overall digital channel management, design, strategy, and/or development
  • 5 years experience with API, Online, and mobile related digital strategies and/or development
  • 3-5 years experience in transaction banking and/or Treasury Management
  • 5+ years of management experience
  • Demonstrated experience in ADA standards management
  • Demonstrated experience with 'as service' channel delivery
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience with transformational change in the digital space
  • Experience working with complex internal and external partnerships
  • Experience in broader industry collaborations and standards advocacy
  • Customer facing experience


Job Expectations

  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
